Celebrate 40 Years of Autumn Jubilee

Face Painting This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Autumn Jubilee, an annual festival that draws quite the crowd. Every year, more than 45,000 visitors from across Rowan County make their way to Dan Nicholas Park to celebrate the season.

A chance to enjoy live music, great food, and craft vendors like this only comes once a year! You can shop craft jewelry, go for a hayride, and try some tasty local treats. The festival is truly a craft-lover’s paradise—find woodcraft, folk art, ceramics, homemade soaps, and much more.

Did we mention there’s a kid’s area? From paddleboats to bounce houses to mini golf, there’s something to satisfy even the most rambunctious child. Train rides, face painting, and gem mining are popular as well!
