2022 Toyota Camry

The 2022 Toyota Camry comes with six trims: LE, SE, SE Nightshade, XSE, XLE, and TRD. 17-inch wheels are available in the LE trim. The wheel size has been increased to 18-inch in the SE, along with some added sporty body touches. The SE Nightshade, along with the all-black body, has a trunk-mounted spoiler and its own style of 18-inch wheels. The Camry XSE is even sportier with its gloss black grille, 19-inch wheels, and dual exhaust. The chrome body and LED headlights make the XLE variant stand out. FInally, the TRD tops out the lineup with aerodynamic styling, sport exhaust, a select black body accents. Through various packages, you can equip your Camry with a panoramic sunroof and other body alterations.

It comes with two engine options. A 2.5-liter four-cylinder that produces 206 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque comes standard. There's an available 3.5-liter V-6, which produces 301 horsepower and 267 pound-feet. Both the engine setups are paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is an available option.

The 2022 Toyota Camry can sprint from zero to 60 mph in just 5.1 seconds. It makes daily commutes fun again and offers a smooth and quiet ride. Naturally, the Camry is inspired by sports cars; the engine is ready to charge ahead when you need the power and stay in control when you don't. Various upgrades have increased the performance for 2022, like stiffer shocks, larger brakes, and a new suspension. However, the entry-level models don't lag behind, and drivers will find textured materials that offer a premium feel. Seats can be appointed in either cloth upholstery, synthetic leather, or genuine leather. Toyota's Entune 3.0 infotainment system operates from a 7-inch screen or a 9-inch replacement. Both are easy to use for all ages and are pre-equipped with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alex, Bluetooth, a Wi-Fi hot spot, and satellite radio. The Camry gets a six-speaker stereo and two USB ports at base. Wireless charging, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a moonroof are available in packages.

The 2022 Toyota Camry is equipped with the following standard safety features: forward collision warning, radar adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, automatic high beams, and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Several driver safety packages are available, including Driver Assist with front/rear parking sensors with new Intelligent Clearance Sonar with Rear Cross Traffic Braking system.
